Individual coaching sessions are designed to address your specific concerns and help you navigate life's challenges. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, we aim to empower you to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilling life.
Groups
Group workshops are held seasonally and are a more affordable way to connect with Jessica in an intimate community setting. Workshops may include Reiki, somatic practices, mediation, intuition development, therapeutic art, vision boarding and more...
Filmmaking
Jessica often leads teams of filmmakers and creatives through film challenges, including the 48 Hour Film Project, The Collabortation Filmmakers Challenge, Easterseals Disability Film Challenge, and the Cinematography for Actors (CFA) quarterly filmmaking challenge. What is the difference a between a therapy session and a coaching session?
Therapy often focuses on healing emotional wounds, exploring the past, and addressing mental health challenges, providing a safe space to process and understand feelings. Life coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and action-oriented. It helps individuals set and achieve specific goals, offering tools and strategies to overcome obstacles and create meaningful outcomes.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes! I offer in-person sessions at my office locations in Pasadena and Highland Park, CA. I also offer virtual appointments, and these are available to clients worldwide.
What do you charge?
I charge $200 for hour-long individual sessions, with discounts offered when you book multiple sessions or a package.
Do you take insurance?
No. I do. not work with insurance agencies.
What is your cancelation policy?
I require 24 hours' notice for cancelations. Same-day cancellations are charged the full session fee.
